Umm.. no.. just no.. the original version was hand-picked by the creators themselves, the dub-overs was just someone they found that could imitate Toshiyuki. But Sephiroths dub voice wasn't that bad, he did a pretty good job imitating Sephiroths real voice, compared to Clouds dub voice atleast.

Sephiroths voice is also the same voice as Dante from the anime lol

Sephiroth's english voice kicked ass. I don't care for the japaneese voice. Cloud's voice was good too. The only japaneese I prefer are in the Tekkens, and Dynasty Warriors.
