And it's not manga either. If it's not made in an asian art style by (usually) asian artists, it's not manga. Anything that is slightly comic book related can be put in the comc book vs. regardless of wither or not it's DC or marvel or anything else.
What do you mean by "visual novel"? Do you mean like a "graphic novel"? Those go into the comic book section.
