UK Fighters scrambled to intercept Russian bombers

"Two Tu95 “Bear” bombers were dispatched from their base on the Kola Peninsula in the Arctic Circle and headed towards British airspace.

the RAF said that it was highly unusual for them to stray as far south as Scotland.

Two Tornado fighters, part of the RAF’s Quick Reaction Alert, took off from RAF Leeming, in Yorkshire, to confront the Russian aircraft, after they were shadowed by two F16s from the Royal Norwegian Air Force"

What´s going on then, saber rattling because of a few expulsions.
Ive got the feeling theres more to this saga than meets the eye. Maybe the Russian who got bumped knew something VERY important.

Sounds plausible..

it's not like the Russians would use bombers to spy, let alone stand launch a full scale attack with just two bombers, so them being transformers is actually pretty logical...

I will answer the question. I looked the man in the eye. I found him to be very straightforward and trustworthy. We had a very good dialogue.

I was able to get a sense of his soul; a man deeply committed to his country and the best interests of his country. And I appreciated so very much the frank dialogue.

there is an entire generation of people (myself included) who have really only been aware of politics through the Bush years (I'd have been 15-16 when he was elected in). It will be nice to get to experience a different type of America.

If there's going to be another "Cold War", even though the first one technically never really ended, we need to gather some DNA and clone another Reagan.

The Russians have never changed! They're the same old hardline Reds who scrubbed up to get The West's money and a lead into the markets and then showed their true colours. And Putin is KGB through and through.
