Earth-Last Stand

Jacob and Ben both stood on a very large dirt hill, both on top of Kawasaki "Rebels." Jacob breathed deeply and looked out across the country side. "So peaceful." Ben just looked at him. "That's for sure.. you ready to make some noise?" Jacob smiled and put his helmet back on. "Let's" They both kicked the starter on thier bikes and sped down the hill both trying to out stunt the other. On their two way communicators they exchanged common chatter. "So did you get with that girl last night?" "You know it bro." "Sweet haha" Jacob then sped up and passed Ben.

Russel stood in the subway, his 9mm shaking in his jacket. The light from the subway made his sunglasses shine brightly. The subway came to a slow stop, and Russel pushed his way out. The dim station gave him a sense of home. He had stopped here to play as kid. His pocket began to ring. Russel reached his hand into his right pocket, and pulled out a dark blue object.

"Hello?" Russel said, starting up the stairs.
"Russel, just asking if you could pick up a jug of milk, and some cereal for Mikey," The other line continued."And he needs some big boy diapers so he won't wet his bed again."
"*Sigh*So Mike is still doing it Rose?" Russel asked stopping at the top of the stairs.
"Yes," Rose replied.
"Alright, talk to you later," Russel closed his cell phone, and stared into a nearby news stand. He limped over to it, and grabbed a newspaper.

"You gunna buy somthin, or rob me like last time?" The owner stepped out, holding a small futuristic-looking pistol.
"Heh, still using that toy?" Russel asked, staring into the paper."Is this story true?"
"Which one Russ?"
"The one about that old freighter being found"
"Well the reporters will do anything for ratings, so I'm not so sure. I doubt that that freighter wouldn't have eventually drifted into a planets atmosphere and smashed into oblivion."

Billy sat on a bench waiting for something. He didn't even know what he was waiting for but he knew he was waiting for something. Life for Billy hasn't gone as planned. He is now sleeping on the floor of a landomat and is struggling just to get by. Billy is still trying to become a top notch pianist and getting that album published.

~so we restarted right?~

(guess so)

(It appears we have restarted)

Russel placed a bill onto the the table, and continued to read the paper. Apparently the freighter didn't have much on it, and the article was to short to explain all of the questions Russel had. He folded the paper back up, and placed it where he got it, and grabbed the five back. Russel, walked towards a hover taxi.

"Take me to Club Atlantis," Russel ordered.
"You seem a little old to be picking up women there," The cab driver annoying said.
"I got business with Velox there," Russel retorted. Velox was a widely known crime-lord, and Russel had to investigate his operations.
"Oh... uhh forget I said anything about you," The cabby said, facing forward. He hadn't said anything the rest of the ride.

"That rides on the house if you put in a good word for me with Velox," The cabby grinned, nodded his head, and drove off.

~okay i'll come in a lil later~

Russel limped through the club. The lights flashed brightly, women and men danced wildly as alien music echoed through the club. He stopped at the bar, and bought a bright blue liquid. Russel sat on the bar stool, and sipped his drink. He opened his mouth widely, stuck his tongue out, and closed his eyes.

"Too strong for ya pall?" The bartender asked, wiping a glass. Russel ignored the bartender, and drank the rest of the drink. He stood up, and walked toward a door in the back. Russel opened the door, and stepped up to one of the guards.

"I'm here for Velox," Russel announced to the guards who were caught off guard by the entrance.

Jacob had hit the accelerator and sped down the dirt road heading towards an old steal factory. "C'mon we can ramp off the ore purifiers!" Ben flew past him going at least 120MPH. "Damn you are slow Jake." Ben went up the purifier and did two back flips before he leveled himself out and kept going along the ground once more. Jacob just laughed and sped up and tried to do the same but instead did an inverted handstand while in the air then landed and followed after Ben.

The room fell silent. Velox sat in his chair stirring a lime-green drink. Behind him, a giant fish tank, that curved around the entire room, kept the room lit.

"Dillan. Good to see you. Have you come with good news?" Russel had used a false name to get inside with Velox.
"The deal went sour quickly. As soon as we got there, SWAT stormed the hover yacht. Luckily though, I managed to grab the case of money before I had to jump overboard," Russel lied. The money had been turned in, and the money he was giving was counterfeit.

Russel laid the case down on the table. It was rigged with explosives that he would detonate as soon as he left the club.
"Alright, I have to meet up with Sanchez for a drug run," Russel lied again.
"Hopefully this will go better," Velox would hope for nothing. Russel left the room, and limped out of the room. The club was about to close so that Velox could have a meeting with one of his associates.

As Russel was about to leave the club, he passed a group of men in jet black suits. One of the men held the door open for Russel.

"Good to see you Dillan," The big man said smiling.
"You too," Russel lied yet again. Russel left the club, and stepped out onto the street. It was louder than inside the club. He walked across the street dodging the hover cars. Once across the street, Russel pulled out a black object from his inner coat pocket. On it was a bright red button.

The explosion was probably heard on the moon. The building was ripped apart by the bomb. Russel pulled out his cell phone.
"This is detective Russel Danford. The bomb went off as planned. No signs of survival," He said walking away from the flaming wreckage.
