What gets your Adrenaline Rush going?

Do you do dangerous activities to get your Adrenaline Rush going?
Do you get Adrenaline Rush from simple things?

The closest thing to an adrenaline rush I've been trough, is by communicating with my dear Gillian..

Anyway, I get my rush by arguing with people and making jerks feel like crap...and not on the internet...in real life.

I get a rush when I work out and see progress..

I also get my rush by playing video games online.

The best rush I get is when I see my wife naked....... 😮

I say the same thing all the time. (There are a lot of spanish speakers in Oklahoma so I have to say futbol de americano so they know what I mean. Most already knew what I meant by football really.
