Dreadnought vs Punisher,Riddick,Bullseye & Marv

Every since I saw Dreadnought he been one of my favorite characters. How does he fare against these guys?

I'd say it depends on what kinda weapons they are allowed to bring to the table. After 5 minutes in Punisher's battlevan, they would have a LOT of explosives, rockets, etc etc.

judging by that bio, I think he could win
