Sure it is, some people might love the things you have (money) and by extent love you. Well sort off, they would more love what you give them, but would still love you because you give it to them.
It would never be possible for you to buy yourself into loving somebody though, so the love would be really superficial and I doubt anybody could seriously last long knowing that they the person they are with only loves them for money.

Yes...In some countries...you buy your wife from the father of the bride...it is very much possible that depsite it being business..the two people will fall very much in love with eachother...
