John Byrne Upgraded her when he started her book. Simply said he was making her number two to superman.
Then He upgraded her again when she died and zeus upgraded her.
Circe did it one more time by givin her alter ego human form. Diana was surprised she was cut by the sword in her human form, but she could always be cut before in her Wondy form. Thus circe must have amped her Super form while depowering her alter ego. It may have had something to do with The transfer of power that Herculese was trying to get for himself. He seems to be weaker than previous.

I was just checking out Wikipedia to see what they had to say about her abilities to date.
I loved this one, "Depending on the writer, Diana's powers and abilities were either godlike, or just above the strength of an average man."
I think we all know there are inconsistencies but that remark was a reference to pre-COIE.

"The God Hermes gifted Diana with flight and with incredible speed. She is able to keep up with Flash support character Jesse Quick over a good distance."
It also talks about her healing abilities, more recent immunity to mind control, weapons, etc.
I know nvr mentioned her recent loss of powers when she becomes Diana Prince. I would consider that a downgrade. I did wonder when she cut her finger as if that somehow made her realize she had no powers in her DP form. She has always been vulnerable to cutting attacks (as opposed to blunt damage) so I didn't see why that would surprise her. However, at this stage, its premature to assume this 'proves' she is now resistant to cutting attacks when she has her powers.

In JLA she already resisted high powered rifle fire. She also pwned the New Shaggy man alone.
