Thor in that issue lost his magical enchantment, but it was stated he still possessed his full strength. Even refered to it as incalcuable several times in the comic. Happened in Defenders the first apperance of the Crew.
i remember reading up on that stating that he lost most of his power but still possesed some strenght (but not at his normal levels) if you have some scans i would appreciate it i'm not 100% sure on the issue as for the hulk again do you know what state he was in?
