it's 2 on 1 because jam takes on ppl with weapons, and has more insane gameplay due to being a ggxx character.

Jam did beat Dizzy who had the potential to be on Justice's level. I think Jam takes both ladies out.

If Jam really beats Dizzy then she wins. Dizzy has 2 powerful gears planted on her back : Necro and Undine, and they are obviously stronger than any lower gears which caused destruction everywhere.

No she didn't.

Jam was given the credit for beating Dizzy and collected her bounty, but the person who really beat her was Sol Badguy, only like two characters have beaten Dizzy, Sol and I-No, both firmly planted near the top of the roster in terms of tier.

I am not sure how strong Jam is compared to the others.
