She does. She's uber. Very nobo freindly. I fought the first bsos yesterday, Kanden, and his tail can detach itself and turn into a homign missle, I got hit with that thing for almost a minute straight before realising that it could be dodged. It brought my health down to 38 percent. After all that I didn't save though, I thought it had auto save because it never gave em the option to do it manually. So I turned the game off and lost all my progress...

As much as I hate Samus, she wins due to superior fire power, but if MC could use the type of weapons she's got he would take it, IMO.
For this battle neither combatant starts with every weapon. She won't be overpowering right off the bat. Plus I mentioned a couple of gadgets that even the battle field for Master Chief to have very good chances to take her out.

No it is not debatable if Master Chief can own Samus with M-16s. It's a fact.
And I believe he implied Master Chief would beat her IF he had the arm canon. It's a fact he won't.
Samus is good, but so is the Chief. It all depends on what type of weapon they decide to go for first.
2 Examples:
Example #1
Master Chief looks at the ever boring Needler "LIKE OMG DUAL WIELD FOR THE WIN!" and picks it up.
Samus on the other hand gets the Phazon upgrade and blasts the crap out of Chief while looking at pink needles flying towards her but never, ever, hitting her.
Example 2
Samus looks at an energy tank and goes to pick it up.
Meanwhile Master Chief goes for the Spartan Laser and aims at her while she retrieves the tank. She's blasted unconscious while the Chief breakdances.

But what if they both go for their best weapons at the same time?
Or, while Samus runs for her weapons Chief can chase her down and beat her with melee attacks. If Chief is better then her in hand to hand he could win by constantly staying on her, not giving her chance to do anything but defend herself. I do know for certain that Chief has better durability, with that energy shield and all. He will be ablle to take more attacks and dish them out in close quarters.
Like knock her out then grab a plasma saber in slice her head off, maybe.
Samus best weapons > the CHief's best weapons :/
Spartan Laser and rocket launcher are his best weapons, but you'd have to be asleep or retarded to get hti with the SPARTAN laser, really, and the rocket launcher woudl be easy to dodge, as Samus can jump like 20 feet straight up in the air. Her beams, on the other hand, would drain the Chief's shields like nothing, and don't run out of ammo.
And Samus is twice as durable as the Chief is.
Agreed. Her weapons are superior. However she has nothing close to the scarab gun, but that's an easter egg and therefor out of the debate. I don't like to discuss uncanon stuff. I don't like the way people are underestimating the laser. It only takes 4 seconds at the most to charge and once the shot is fired it's game over. It is possible for him to hit her. You can time the chargin' time behind cover and then go out of cover a second before the laser fires and if he has her on his crosshair she is going down. I know this because I experienced many painful deaths at the hands of good players in the beta with the laser. They can even blast Snipers that are far far way from them.
She is more durable than the Chief, but the energy shield is very very tricky.
As for running for the best weapon...the Chief starts the round with the Fuel Rod Cannon. That is very dangerous.

I don't trust you. Samus can get the win over Master Chief. That's a given. The Master Chief can get the win as well. What we're debating is the majority out of ten victories they can get.
But...since Master Chief is a chump in your eyes we're better off moving along without your valuable intel.
