Desperate for help - unknown French movie!!!

Hi guys, been lurking around this forum but never posted.
Really need your help.

I recall seeing about 20 mins of french movie on tv ages ago.

Scene. Really good looking french lady (looks to be mid to late 30's) chatting with a young fella in a bar/club.
The woman is obviously bitter with life and men - mostly men. Spend ages telling the young bloke that all men suck.
Eventually they go somewhere and end up having sex and she has the most amazing body.

Only reason why I'm asking is because she's the most beautiful woman I've ever seen - well, a close 2nd to Diane Lane that is.

I've tried google searches I've asked loads of people. Anything would be appreciated. The actress name. Movie name? Anythig.

That's weird, it's the 2nd time i cudnt identify a french movie although I watched so many over the years. Guess it's a movie info overload in my brain now.

Romance (1999)? The actress in this film is Caroline Ducey.
