I think she's a little bit like a girl version of Harry's description in the first book, small and scrawny, with pointy elbows and she would be very delicate.
I think there was a breif description of the portrait in the hogshead which was her and she had long blond hair and peircing blue eyes. I think her hair would be curly.
I don't know why I think this but I do.
I don't know....they're done by Mary Grand-Pré, right?
They just look a bit too....I don't know, cartoony for me.
EDIT: That illustration doesn't seem to match the description from the book. Perhaps it was just me, but I imagined the painted-Ariana standing in a room with a large tunnel painted behind her. In that illustration, there are stairs.
Pictures in Harry Potter... nooooooooo! It's all about imagining for yourself that's why I don't go see the movies! I agree with the person that said the thing about a blond girl version of Harry, I drew a picture which I can't show you because I don't have a scanner, but I can post it on the 31st of August.

They're just chapter illustration. Little pictures underneath the chapter titles. Not actual full pictures or anything 🙄 They're pretty cool, actually.

Those are the chapter arts for Deathly Hallows.
Anyway, I don't think Ariana's really described much other than having long blond hair. It's reasonable to assume that she has blue eyes as both her brothers do.
