The sequel might rock, and be one of the best movies based off a Marvel comic book.I really hope it, cause after the 2nd FF movie, SM 3 & XM 3 I got really disappointed on the portrayal of the comics in those movies.
This time we got a Series A actor like Ed Norton taking up the role of Banner, Tim Roth as the frustrated KGB spy Emil Blonsky, and the psycological strugge of Banner and the lust of power of his nemesis seems to be exploited very well. What I don't really like at now, is the Abomination design, in the comics he rocked, now he looks more like a horror movie freak, sort of, instead of a gamma-mutated human. Also why call him Blonsky, when he has a supervillain name, even in the Ultimates series the Abomination got his trademark name.Really liked the end fight scenes, Banner dropping himself from the helycopter, which they took from the battle with Chitauri in the Ultimates series, where instead he was dropped with a kick from a SHIELD soldier. Also his will to use his "curse" to be a hero, and not a psycho monster who causes insensed wreckage, and to control it, much like when he last fought Blonsky after his release from Desert Base, and they fought in the city of Reno.26 Minutes of powerhouses beating the crap outta each other, after Cloverfield NY is gonna take another massive wreckage.
Hulk's new design is good to me, maybe he should be a bit more buffed and less ripped in the muscle design, but considering Banner now has more control maybe his physical transformation(size, durability, strength)is slower, not like in the 1st movie(which overall wasn't that bad)where he unconsciounsly tapped in his power to defend himself
