Team 1 vs Team 2 fight takes place in an empty planet, all fighters have standard weapons. The fight starts with the teams 100 yds away from eachother.

IDK, but they said that the Void is really the Sentry and he did take on a hella of alot of heroes in the 2nd arc of New Avengers. He seems pretty powerful to me. Plus Team 2 also has the current Ironman who, even though he's a douche, is really powerful.

I say these two teams are pretty well matched. The distance does give an advantage to team 2 though, thats why team 1 has more people. Cyclops, Ironman, Hawkeye, and Sentry are all good long distance attackers. But team 1 has alot of fast and durable people.
