What does that have to do with anything? The Plagas did not enhance Leon. Nor do they take away the skills he showed with the knife. Quite in fact it hindered him as he was bound to pass out every once in a while.

i don't know whose more skilled at knives but snake's still the better fighter. he's more experienced and beat the boss/volgin, and he's snake which is enough to beat any normal fictional human.
