Gambit vs. Predator

This is the Predator from Batman Versus Predator. Bats was practically slaughtered when first they met, though he did beat the predator later due to some fancy-pants gadgets. Can everyones favorite Cajun take down the predator? Fight takes place in New Orleans(pre-katrina).
