Actually, hell yes. I'm feelin' those suckers kick in, brother.

Like, honestly. I feel confident in my physique.

Air uking is so much better than air guitaring. Some will come up and be like "dude, why you stroking your pecs? you ghey?!" and you be like "nah dude, just air-uking" and then he like "dat's cool."

dudududududu ermm

I have been working out off and on for the last month and a half. I didnt think I looked any different, but then I noticed my pants are all looser, and I can see the veins under my arms, like my biceps, and on my shoudlers. I think the trainer I am working with isnt hearing me when I tell him I dont wanna bulk up.

If you want to lose weight, without bulking up, it's better to eat healthier and exercise in the form of jogging rather than using machines.

I know, thats why I have changed my diet, and am using one of those total resistance machines. I am only looking to tone up.

A method that works for me, as far as working out without bulking up, is using small wieghts, but lifting them contstantly. Tones, more than builds.

And working in more than one field. Personal experience dictates that if the body is given the same diet, but has a wider area to spread the nutrients for repair, it is more likely to repair and alter a little (to promote better resistance) then to spend it on repairing and adding more on that would tear just as easily as before.
