Mace can not use a light saber nor cna he use force range attacks.
such as force push and so forth.

Mace can actaully react to laser and I mean not simply dode them but deflect them.

He also can jump 100 feet in the air at times.

He can bunch straight through battle droids which even laser do not penatrate/

Blasters aren't laser weaposn their charged particle weapons. The beam travels much slower than light

I have to go with Mace Windu, did you see what he was capable of in the cartoon series? Oh sorry, i just read the stipulations of this fight.. I change my mind the Panther would win because you turned Mace into a regular human... but if he could use his powers and saber, he'd kill the Panther, easily. I would go as far as to say that even without his saber he would win.

dude he still allowed amping of his stats. He just can't use range attacks like force choke becuase then panther would stand no chance.
