Galactus' power set is variable, he has no known limit as to how powerful that he can become. His only known weakness to date are from beings that can alter reality. When it comes to sheer power Galactus should be able to become more powerful than Imperiex.

Hard to say. By average, Imperiex and Galactus seem well-matched with Imperiex having a better average record.

Imperiex Prime wins. Galactus has never been shown to be above Eternity while Imperiex was way beyond Kismet. 😊

But Kismet has never shown the power to be on the level of Eternity.

Kismet and Eternity aren't necessarily equals in power, tho they share similar roles.
