Anyway, I did some research on Rolento and he apparently uses a baton in battle as well as grenades. This fight depends. Is Dragunov allowed to use guns/grenades in battle? He commands an army, after all.
In Tekken 6, characters will be able to use weapons such as swords and guns in the game. I've seen Tekken 6 footage of that.

As for Tekken 6 having weapons that would totally suck IMHO!, the whole point of Tekken is hard-hitting punches/kicks etc and fighting with weapons would ruin the entire series!

Dude Guilty Gear(Xeno) himself asked me where i came up with my username so shut up and Rolento was based of The Colonel from FOTNS.
With weapons Rolento maybe 6/10 but H2H Dragunov maybe 7/10 both are cool IMHO.

Capcom have designed the game with Arc System Works who are the same guys who made Guilty Gear/FOTNS 2D fightng game
All we have to do now is wait for Capcom USA to finally come up with SF4!
