No, it doesn't work that way at all. When using cross - universe comparisons based on some kind of energy system, the energies are assumed to be compatible, unless there is a clear reason why they would not. So someone with high physical strength could resist Bleach spirit pressure, etc.
I think it's force of will more than physical strength that lets you resist Reiatsu pressure. Supes has the in spades nonetheless.

You should stop thinking of bleach spirits as real ghost because they arent,they can be harmed by physical means and preety much every single attack in bleach is a physical attack,and yes they are harmed by heat or did you forget yammamotos heat zanpaktou.
Oh by the way, I was reviewing the Sacrifice Arc where ML controls Superman, and if you notice, Superman does notice some inconsistensies, like he checks the DNA from the blood on his hands and realizes it's not Brainiac's blood, it's Batman's. So the illusion didn't effect everything down to the molecule.

besides everyone is focusing on only 1 of his abilities that's only his shikai his bankai is much stronger and it's a good guess to say he has som visard abilities now aswell not to mention his standard shinigami abilites

We've never even seen his bankai, we don't even know if he has one. There's absolutely nothing he can do to hurt Superman, unless you make up bullshit excuses like "he cuts his soul".
