Personally while I have not come to admit defeat on Aizen's part, I have come to say that I don't believe Aizen at his current state has the feats for a victory. I would like to say that i think i made this thead somewhat prematurely,however with the current trajectory of Bleach powers, and the plot indications of Aizen's eventual level indicate that when the final confrontation occurs he should be a very good match for Supes. I personally can't wait to see what Aizen's bankai is going to be, because when it comes down to it, that shikai is pretty damn hard to top.

He really wont be,we are starting to get into the stronger bleach characters and they dont even destroy cities,superman laughs at supernovas and casually walks through planet destroyers.

Except aizens shikai is a cheap imitation and far cry from things superman has resisted and downright overpowered,aizen has no way to win this fight.

With all things considered, Aizen's illusions have never been tested on someone with superhuman senses, who can see every possible wavelength the illusion is coming from.

It's not about Unohana's senses, but the fact that she has undergone extensive medical training. How would Superman suddenly recognize that it's a fake body?
Aizen doesn't have to go through the same things that a telepath does, as soon as the target has seen his sword, their senses are under his control. Superman sees the sword, and he's completely unable of seeing where the hell Aizen is. AOE attacks won't work, because then he'll injure innocent bystanders. Go above sound speed won't work either, since he'll endanger innocent bystanders. That is not a problem for Aizen.
Aizen has roughly 50 different kidou attacks that can take out Superman. He moves very fast, has superhuman durability (which we have yet to see the full extent of) and is capable of healing any injury inflicted on him.
Has Superman fought enemies with reality warping and telepathy before? Yes. Is that relevant? No.
Has Superman been cut before? Yes. Is that relevant? Yes.
