I know some of the later gen Rangers actually get legitimate super powers outside of their strength/durability when they're morphed such as invisibility and superspeed. And I think the Zeo Rangers were technically supposed to get more powerful as time progressed due to the Zeo Crystal accumulating more energy simply by existing.
I just read the Dark Sun comics (My most fav fantasy setting, I like it even more then LotR).
The Art was average but sufficient. The story was... damn... forget the story. A Mul with a mohawk... Anyway.
Rajaat (Skyfather)
Borys (Trans)
Sorcerer-Kings (Low-high Herald)
Sadira (high-meta)
Agis (low meta)
Rikus (low meta)
I don't know if anyone had something on LotR but
Illuvatar (Supreme being)
Valar (Skyfathers)
Maiar (meta-herlads)
Sauron FP (High Herald)
Gandalf (mid-meta)
Gandalf as a Maiar (high herald)
Aragorn (high-street)
Legolas (high-street)
Elrond (low-herald)
Galadriel (low-herald)
Bilbo (Skyfather 😄)
Glorfindel (mid herald)
I'm bored and will stop now. I wish DnD would release a 4th Ed book with the stats for Superheroes. From what i saw of it,. the system looks like it would fit.

I'm of the impression the Tekken characters are too superhuman for most Streets. A lot of fighting game types are ton class strength.
