Gog didn't beat Superman with ease. He needed a whole damn army to do it. The idea that Gog > Superman doesn't work at all.

Yet all those time clones did nothing against Doomsday while they were able to take out Superman. Yet still it remains that Superman was weakned when he fought Gog.

I know Gog Wars didn't take place in The Kingdom, right? So it wasn't Gog with all that power.

T'was never stated that the Gogs from "Gog Wars", were any different then Gog from "The Kingdom".
