Face posted in the thread and asked everyone what they thought anyway, so it's not like he just went ahead and jumped into this without asking anyones opinion, I probably should have PMd you anyway.
Now that i have read everything i missed from yesterday, i will say this......i agree with many stances posted here, but i do not think its a big deal in the end, i for one am not interested in posting on another site...just for the reason that i really don't have the time nor interest....i would always try and support a fellow team member in most circumstances ...such as starting a new site etc.so i Will probably join to show my support....the way it came about does not disturb me nor does the quick method of the decision
In the end these concerns mean little to the team here on KMC so i don't see a problem with another site for the team.....another place to show what a team can do for each other and to promote what was appealing to me when i was invited....more power to the team...go for it....make me proud that the team i joined is growing and looks to evolve
I will say that everybody who is a member of the team should be able to voice their opinion and not be chastised for it....i see a list of leaders and council members on the first page...but i would never disregard badabings(just an example) or even a new members concerns if they are civil and use a calm and thoughtful manner to express themselves
And lets try and remember the option to PM eachother 😉

Wasn't thinking....just grab a cup, the ketchup was in the other cup.
I pored out the coffee and the ketchup put the taste back to normal.
My co-woker beside was laughing his ass off, and said the same thing...
