Endrict ......this is the post from one of the owners..asking members of the team...the whole team..not just the council members and leaders....it is ok that you think its something to be brought up in in pm's thats actually your view which is ok by me.....but it could have been handled better

If Scarlet thinks he needs the whole teams thoughts on this matter that is the bottom line...it is hard to determine these things even with council and leaders...who in total are 7 people..if they are all on or not away....i see no problem with it being discussed here...since allot of our members have seen him post elsewhere...and to tell you the truth....i for one hardly ever go to the OTF....and i would like to know what the general census is on this from posters who frequent that section and others that jedireaper was being disrespectfull in

Yeha....i guess thats what you get when you pass the buck..so to speak...Endrict is his own man....and he feels strongly on this...i dont want him to leave...as i think its a good quality to have....but its his decision to stay or leave

My thought at the time was to discuss it here with the whole team...but let the council decide if Jedireaper should be alowed back...this way the council would have time to get a feeling of how the team feels about it..then make a decision...i think it was a good idea for Scarlet to bring it up to the whole team
