Hey all. You may have noticed that I haven't been posting much lately. Mostly because of work, the gym and going out more. It was time I focused more what's important to me and exploring my options professionally and personally. I'm not going to be chatting online as much anymore but will still pop in. I hope everyone will make it a point to talk to any of our online friends who are dealing with anything right now. Try to keep their spirits up.

My grandmother just passed recently.

It's extremely tough- it's one of those things you have no idea what to feel.

Give yourself as much space as you need- keep busy- explore new hobbies and activities and things. It doesn't stop being shocking and painful, but you start to find it pressing on you less.
