Hey Bada....things happen...there is a chance i will still be here...so something good can come from this...like better pay!....better benefits!...a clear distinction of what i am supposed to be doing at my job!...right now the answer i got was..."if i tell you to change tires...you will change tires!"....and BTW i am an operations manager....long story short...i was hired to do a certain job with specific tasks...then the big boss got a partner..and he wants us to do anything and everything he wants us to do....eh my rant is over.....but thats the basics
