Good Morning team 🙂

Hey all.

Long time no speak, but as things are now, i'm gonna have more
time to come online.
I'm back in Thailand again and now i have a laptop with internet in
my place so i can get on more.

I have been good....the thread is still active..maybe not as much as the good old days...but as you can see from the post count...it still has everyday traffic 😎

My twin has high blood pressure. So I am following his diet recommended by his Doctor

Walking, playing more sports, drinking water and just eating healthier
