On a personal note, my body is about 85% now. Kids, don't throw around heavy weights while working out. That or work a college bar where you have to break up fights with football, basketball and rugby players plus college wrestlers every weekend. shocklaugh Give your body time to adjust. Muscle growth out paces tendons and ligaments. It took me over 18 months to rehab my back, shoulders and elbows.
