Yup its home made, he's actuall a hand puppet, i had him over my hand the whole weekend lol, it used to be a white plush kitty hand pupper but i dyed it blue and then i made it an outfit, after 2 days at a comic convention the seem of the outfit are loosening a bit so i'll have to redo them, he also used to have fangs and blood on his mouth but he lost that too...
