YEs. And Now I have the quotes of every one who bashed me and wasn't banned. ANd all the times I reported someone and they are still here. The law calls that unequal distribution of the rules. P.S. everyone knows that I get worked up on a comics site. Now I have real world issues to get worked up about. now either they are gonna reopen my old account for being racist and homophobic, I'm going to buy ad space and request it as part of the deal or Glaad and NAACP can see how they let racist and homophobes stay on the site while I got abused, trashed, verbally assulted and kicked off. The mods choice. Then those two Non Orgs can go after the advertisers for supporting such actions. The Real world is a scary place with pissed off social activist looking for any cause.

J, this isn't my section and you did nothing wrong. I'm just asking that you ignore him until a global can take action. He's had numerous warnings, PMs and a few temp bans about cursing, bashing, flaming, etc. He gave as good as he got. His own actions resulted in his perma ban. you say nvr gave as good as he got...and therefore got banned (fair enough). but how come people who bashed him (often much worse than he did) not get banned as well?
I mean, a standard is a standard...it should be applied equally.
