It would have been better if I wasn't woefully ill prepared. I was wearing a long sleeved shirt and jeans and I hadn't drank anything since breakfast, so I started to get uncomfortably hot and dry just twenty minutes into the workout.
At least I got some decent work done on my pecs, tris, and abs. Or the placeholders where those will be when I build them up eventually. 😛
