Well i ordered the internet for my house and they make my account tell me that i need no deposit and im all set...then i ask "whats the eta for the guy to install this?" they reply "well we need $40 deposit. so then i had to wait till the end of the week to get the money in my bank account. End of the week i call back saying "ok i have the money im ready" they try to take out the deposit and they cant so they say "we will just wave the fee for you"..... by this point im very angry then they have the nerve to tell me "well since it took you so long the only opening we have to seclude you is the following week. i bite my tongue and say sure. I wait and wait and wait till the day comes. I wait around all day then i call at 5 to see why no guy came and the tell me that their was an error and they needed my confirmation to fix it..... so they say alright your set he'll be there before 8pm........7:30 rolls around and still no show i call and ask wtf is going on?! they say sorry sir someone cancels your order.....well i ask for the manager and explode on him for everything and he credited me for $75 and said it would be setup after the weekend. monday comes the guys their by 10am and now because of that $75 i get two months free!........it took forever to get this mess taken care of. I would have went with some other internet service but im getting a local calling land line and high speed wireless internet for $37 a month
