I've had to cut back on the weights. Getting old is not fun.
I've always done best with a protein supplement, lean beef, salmon and tuna for protein. And I also get 3-4 servings of vegetables. 2-3 servings of fruits, 4 servings of whole grains, and a high potency vitamin with anti-oxidants. Seems the vegetables, fruit, grains, vitamin/anti-oxidants help detoxify and heal my body.
How much bigger do you wanna be? lol
