ive hurt my sternum and i dont know how.
i always feel that the longer you dont train the harder it is to get started again.when your injured and you want to train your in a no win situation.

Exactly ! My body was like, just stay home and chill . But my brain was telling me you'd better go to the gym...I always get like a guilty feeling inside when ever I don't exercise. 😂
OK big news everyone !!!!! KMC 'S best debater has decided to join Team Authority. Now, he won't be able to join for about a week or two.
