I don't know how they arrived at Ben to play Bats. He's at least 40 (they should go with someone younger), and has a lot of baggage from hos box office flops.

That makes no sense to me. Why an older Batman? If that was gonna be the case they should have kept Bale.

That's exactly what I thought. Why couldn't they just make Bale look a littler older with some make up? I guess WB is spending big bucks on this movie and could not afford Bale ...It's the only thing that makes sense to me.
