I think they are gonna "even" out the fight and have them ban together to fight Lex. By the end Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman will all be friends.

EDIT: Also Ben does look great in this role! I have been rooting for him since I saw his first photo wearing a Bat symbol shirt.
