Depends on your physical activity. For low activity 1,500-2,000 calories should be enough to keep your weight steady. Moderate activity 2,000-2,500 calories per day. High activity 2,500+ calories per day.
Low activity is like a desk job and no exercise. Medium activity would be a desk job and walking 30 minutes per day. High activity would be a desk job and 1-2+ hours of execise including weights and cardio.
