The docs have diagnosed me with spine stenosis in my c4 c5 c6 c8 and degenerative spine and thats just in my neck. But this doesn't explain the pains in the rest of my body.

Dont know why I am so out of energy. I eat 3 meals a day and snack on fruit often

I also suffer ftom insomnia so my body doesn't heal right at night

My body and mind are phucked up and the docs dont have too many answers

Well spinal issues can cause pain throughout your body. If you have insomnia then less energy would be a symptom.
