Here is a tip for when saving, go to save for web then choose whatever save file you want, in the left hand corner is the file size, configure say the JPEG settings until it is under 50K then it will work.

That i know...i should have been more percise lol...i was playing with banner makers and flash stuff..and both programs i have are freeware...not alot of options and of course the dreaded watermark

Making gifs with photoshop is hard and alot of time, especially with alot of layers..so to speak( for me anyway)
