No. I tore up my knee in late 2016. It took almost 3 years to heal up properly. It was mostly my fault because I kept trying to go back to the gym too early. So in the 3 years I couldn't exercise, and had to walk with a limp, I ate poorly. Mostly comfort food because I was miserable. That resulted in me gaining about 40 pounds.
