Once my gym reopens I can start building it back up with a solid foundation. I only have a door mounted gym now with a max of 150 pounds. So I can still exercise but not really build.
I'm only 5'6" soaking wet and now weigh 160 pounds. I used to weigh around 180-190 and have abs. But yeah, my arms are down about 3-4 inches and my chest size is down 8 inches. Went from almost 19 in arms to 15-16. Went from wearing a 54 inch suit coat to a 46. I lost about 20-30 pounds of muscle the last 4 years from not being able to workout 3 of those years.
Well that’s good man, at least you feel better about it, I bought a shockwave therapy machine to help with aches and pains. I had tendinitis in my left elbow for almost 4 years and this has made it go away. It treats a lot of different ailments but I mainly bought it for my left elbow because no matter what I did it wouldn’t go away. I might take up a jog here or there and see if I can lean down a little more during this crisis.
I’m lucky to have some heavy free weights here at home and a large outdoor patio to workout on.

I won't be benching 405 or squatting and deadlifting 525 ever again, but I hope I can build up and get 2/3 to 3/4 of my max strength back.
