I will help you. Someday, and that day may never come, I will call upon you to do a service for me. But until that day, accept this justice as a gift.@Bada, Nice work mate. You've packed on the muscle pretty quick. What split are you using ?
I don't know what you mean by split. I eat pre-workout breakfast, post-workout breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack. About 90% of my carbs are before my workout. The rest of my meals and snacks are high protein, high fiber, veggies and fruit. The only supplements I take are BBACs and a cortisol inhibitor.

I don't want you losing fat, you need to be gaining fat!

I didn’t go there, my point was that I can’t call your mom because she passed away. I wouldn’t stoop that low.

Mate , it's been a game changer for me. I feel like I wasted so much time doing isolation work when I could have been getting even more ripped.

You phucking piece of shhit! Broly , get in here and back me up.All my life I've done that same split. I started off with bro splits as a teen. Now, for the last 12 weeks ( first time ever doing this), I've been doing full body splits. Basically 6- 7 of your best compound movements working on getting my lifts up a bit. Still bodybuilding so 8- 12 reps under TUT.
