Can't beat a good roast dinner, not sure what you guys call such a meal in the States, maybe the same thing?
Roast Chicken, Turkey, Beef or whatever meat you're roasting, with vegetables, gravy, cranberry sauce, mint sauce, apple sauce, etc....

You wanna pre-heat the oven for a while first if you wanna broil it. Then put the steak in and give it around 5 minutes on each side, only turn it over once, though.
You can probably check online for more thorough instructions more suited to your oven, temperatures etc.
