Usually a computer comes with a program to open them.....make a new folder named(whatever).....put the rare into it....right click on the file and there should be an option that says unzipp...or extract all- files? see if that works

Dont forget to make a new folder first and put the rare into it by itself...when it extracts it might just start spilling out files....this can happen sometimes when the original files are not put itnto a folder then zipped....it can happen 🤨
