just type in winrar in google and download the program, I don't have a rar extract thing on my laptop so I use WinRar it is much easier to use.

first thing...are you trying to download the software that will let you unzip/extract files? your making it seem you cant download the rar files themselves

No not about the gift, but rather it's about a comic downloaded in a rar file. I just can't open them when they're in a rar file. Everything downloads just fine, just cant see it...

change the .rar extension to .zip, and try again...

Last time you need a package like WINRAR, I don't have this rar file open on my PC and I doubt others do as well. get WINRAR use that and you will be fine.
