Cool. Maybe we can spar a few rounds.Which reminds me, Unnatural, I share a similar problem with regards to training; my metabolism burns food like crazy and I have a tough time gaining. I don't have the money for an uber-heavy, protein diet. I'm 6'1" and weigh 165 lbs. I eat a lot of chicken and eggs; any thoughts on cost-effective foods to help healthy, weight gain?
Well a great way to gain weight without spending loads of money on Whey-Protein (like i do), it to eat lots of rice and pasta for the necessary carbs, and obviously meats for the protein.
Tuna is a cheap way of getting a quick 25 - 30 grams of protein (1 can).
I'm 6'6 and approx 230 lbs, my diet at the moment consists of 3 Whey-Protein shakes a day, (breakfast, post-workout, before bed), 4 or 5 meals throughout the day.
Oats before workout for slow complex carb burn, energy release, for breakfast with 3 raw eggs after, i'm never hungry in the mornings.
After the workout i make a 3 egg tuna omelette, then i try to make variations of pasta, rice and omelette dishes every 3 - 4 hours until bed.
Chicken breast is expensive as hell here so i don't buy it too often, i get my protein from tuna, eggs and supplements.
This changes every now and again though as to not get sick of the same foods over and over.
Stick to pasta and tuna, or pasta and chicken or whatever meat you can endure because for me, pasta is a very good source of weight gain.
Everyone different though so what works for me may not work for you and vice versa.

Tuna omelette's are very dry, so i use a lot of sauce, i recommend you do the same lol.
I use a lot of eggs each day, more than 12 overall on the average day. It's by far my most bought food product.

It's not too bad, prefer chicken or turkey though 🙂
I am usually very fit and quite muscly but recently I haven't been working out and find it hard to get back into my routine, so I have developed a small gut...how do you recommend getting rid of that😐 😂

You're only 17 so i'm sure it's not much of a gut lol 🙂
You look fairly slim from your photos so i'm sure all you'd need to do was minimal exercise for it to disappear lol.
Play football or something, or take part in the highland games 😱
