Thor i've never really been a fan of, but i am interested in him. I'm aware of both their power sets though.
The fight is going to take place in a Hulk comic isn't it? If so, then Hulk will probably win. However Current Thor has the Odin Power, so i don't know 🙂

Here's what I want to happen: Red Hulk puts up a respectful battle, then gets put down solidly by Thor's more exotic powers.
Here's what I think will happen: Thor will put up a respectable battle then either have to leave for whatever reason, or forget his skills and get smacked down.
I respect Loeb as a writer (but for his DC body). I dunno that he's had a hit at Marvel. *shrugs*

Thor SHOULD win, because he's everything Hulk is and a whole lot more, but it's in a Hulk comic, so that's probably going to result in an auto win for Hulk.
